Bella Afrique Spa Terms and Conditions
We aim to provide our client with the best time possible in the spa and be out rejuvenated and relaxed.
Appointments
Bookings are made based on cash payment, credits card or gift voucher.
We accepted prepayment booking based on a 50 % deposit that is to secure the booking, and it is non-refundable.
The prepayment in case of non-cancellation will be automatically transferred into a Gift voucher and can be used within three months ( see our voucher policy below)
You may e-mail or send us a WhatsApp message or visit us or our website to schedule an appointment. Our receptionist will send you a confirmation of your booking ( time – date ) you will have an available therapist on the day unless you have a particular request ( it will be confirmed to you ).
Any information you provide on our site will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party.
Packaging and booking that have more than two treatments require a deposit of 50%.
Cancellation
If you need cancellation, it needs to be done within 24 hours before your appointment as we have reserved that space only for you. Pre-payment is strictly non-refundable but can be translated into a Gift voucher usable by anyone of your choice.
We do not refund cash or cash for products.
A penalty of 10% will be issued on your next visit if you do not cancel.
Chek-In
Late arrival will result in deduction of the treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities.
Belle Afrique is a smoke-free Spa.
Health Issues or Allergies
Kindly notify the therapist if you have any allergies or special conditions Belle Afrique will not take any responsibility.
Payment Terms and Conditions.
We accept credit card, masters card, Airtel Money, TNM, visa and Gift Voucher from Belle Afrique spa
Checks are not accepted
Gratuities /Tip :
It is at the discretion of the client, We do recommend 10% of the total cost of the treatment (minimum )
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for three months
- The fourth month is considered a grace period, and if a gift voucher is presented after or during this period, FINE will be charged.
- The fine is 10% of the total value of the G.V
- A gift voucher is presented after the fourth month it is considered as invalid
- Clients who may not present their voucher may have their treatments refused to executed if no proof has been found on Belle Afrique spa books confirming the payment voucher
Loyalty Cards
- A client may receive a loyalty card and win points: The availability of space is strictly given by the receptionist and cannot be imposed by clients
- Loyalty point translated by a gift cannot be accumulated or exchange for money or top-up for another treatment than the treatment describes or Gift on the loyalty card policy
- The point can only be used within a 1 year’s period, pass that the points are lost and a new cycle needs to start
- Treatment can be offered to anyone who wishes to have that free treatment
- Five complete treatments allow you the have the sixth treatment free ONLY
- Free treatments are awarded and not to be imposed by the clients
- It is only at the discretion of management to choose what are the treatments, it cannot be imposed by clients
- Free treatments result of points earning can be cancelled due to circumstance beyond Belle Afrique Spa control without notice
After Hours
All bookings made after hours of business (8:00am – 5:30pm) except for those made through our website will attract a 20% charge.
Products
- A client may receive a loyalty card and win points: The availability of space is strictly given by the receptionist and cannot be imposed by clients
- All our products are certified by our manufacture and cannot be exchanged
- Free delivery in Blantyre and Lilongwe from $100
- 7 working days minimum to have the delivery of your product in Malawi
- A personal courier can be arranged by Belle Afrique if outside Malawi a charge will be added to your final bill and payable in advance
- All products are payable in advance by cash or credit card if ordered online
